It was one of those moments of strong desire that brought me here. I want feta! Would even accept the bulgarian one, as the boss says it's good...! We visited a great Mediterranean market with 6-8 different kinds of Feta. I put a lot of effort to make the cheese to be smelly and tasty and I feel insulted when people don't appreciate that. My whole body (by all meanings) and mind are sacrified every day to produce the best cheese and I am tired of people who try to steal my 'thunder'. Feta is GREEK. You don't need to scream to be heard.
